Mrs. E. Henderson Jones

Mrs. Thelma Bell Hassett Jones, 72, wife of E. Henderson Jones, died Saturday.
Born in Loris, she was a daughter of the late Perry D. and Bessie Stroud Bell. She was a retired medical receptionist and the former donation secretary for the American Heart Association. Mrs. Jones was a member of the Hi-Newcomers Club, the AARP and Grand Strand General Hospital Auxilliary.
Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Mary King Skarstrom of Stanford, Conn.; a brother, David L. Bell of Loris; a sister, Mrs. Willard Kreidler of Myrtle Beach; and grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Bullard Funeral Home, with burial in Princeville Cemetery in Loris.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
