3 Drowned When Car Plunges Over Bridge

Special to The Courier-Journal

New Castle, Ky., Dec. 3. --- Three farmers from near Owenton drowned last night when an automobile plunged into Drennon Creek where it empties into the Kentucky River about 10 miles east of here.

Killed were Andrew Bourne, 86; James B. Bourne, 53, his son, and Clarence Morgan, 68.

Sheriff Gano Herndon said the driver apparently lost congrol of the ar on a curve.
