Minnie was the daughter of George and Margaret Heyman Heiman from Germany. They immigrated in 1868. Minnie married Fred Weimar and they had 11 children but only 9 survived. Minnie had a fourth grade education and she and Fred farmed in Middleton Township. Shortly before her death, Minnie fell in her home and fractured her humerus.
