Oswald was the son of Fred and Minnie Weimar. He was a farm worker and was tall, of medium build, and had blue eyes and light brown hair. Oswald had a stiff ankle. He was kicked in the abdomen by a horse in a stable in Dunbridge which resulted in a ruptured Ileum and general peritonitis. He died at the age of 42 after surgery to repair the injury.
