Mr. King was born at Cooperstown and spent most of his life at Casco. The greatest part of the Green Bay & Western railroad between Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay was built through the efforts of Mr. King and his partner, Edward Decker.
He had three grand children, Dorothy, Arthur, and Betty.
