BLACKPORT -- Mr Martin Blackport aged 90, of 1051 Northup Dr. NW, passed away at Blodgett Memorial Hospital Sunday evening. Surviving are a son, Marvin J. Blackport, two daughters, Mrs. Oliver I. (Yetta) Wagemaker, and Mrs. Nella Blackport, a daughter-in-law, Mrs. William (Lillian) Blackport, six grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Nellie Rozema, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock at the Van't Hof Chapel of the Holle-eek-oele Mortuaries, 851 Leonard St NW with the Rev. Raymond Rewerts officiating. Interment Restlawn Memorial park. Mr. Blackport reposes at the funeral home where relatives and friend may meet the family from 7 to 9 Monday evening and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Tuesday. Contributions in memory of Mr. Blackport may be made to the Memorial fund of the Fifth Reformed Church.
