Barbara Primm Dillow, 63, of Coal Grove, Ohio passed away Saturday (September 29, 2007) at the Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. The Ashland, Ky. native was born July 31, 1944 the daughter of Oscar Primm of Coal Grove and the late Helen Gillum Primm.
Barbara was a homemaker and attended the Community Tabernacle Church in Coal Grove. She attended Ironton High School and had lived all of her life in this area.
