Mrs. Elizabeth Brunson, a longtime resident of Globe, died at the El Paso hospital, while en route to Rochester, Minn., to consult a specialist. Her body was brought back to Globe and the funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the home of Mrs. W. House, corn Hill and Bailey streets. Rev. S.L. Todd, pastor of St. Paul's M.E. church will officiate, and the church choir will sing.
Mrs. Brunson was a beautiful Christian character and during her life drew to her many loyal friends. Her death will come as a great shock to all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Will Brunson, a cattle man of Tonto Basin; two children by her first husband, William Stroup of Globe, and Mrs. Addie Fuell of Congress Junction; a sister, Mrs. William Norman, and a brother, Mrs. Bud Odel, both of Globe. Mrs. Brunson's father also survives her and lives at Congress Junction, but is too feeble to attend the funeral service.
