Eskie Horn
Eskie Horn, 80, St. Lawrence, died Thursday, December 13, 1984 at the Hand County Memorial Hospital.
He was born December 30, 1903 to Mr. and Mrs. Tilman Horn in Davis County, IA. He came to South Dakota with his parents in 1911. He spent most of his life farming north of St. Lawrence. At the time of his death he resided at Prairie Good Samaritan Center where he had been a resident since 1979.
Survivors include one brother, Esko and one sister, Marie Snyder, both of St. Lawrence and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by four sisters, two brothers and his parents.
Funeral services were held Saturday, December 15 at Reck Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Ransom officiating. Burial was in the St. Lawrence Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Thomas Snyder, Robert Horn, David Ganske, James Snyder, Vernon Porter and Wayne Ganske.
