Maddox Rites Held Recently
Services for Miss Sena Lugena Maddox, 83, of Magee were held at 3 p.m. Friday, December 27, from the Minis Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel of Magee. Rev. C. M. Grayson and Rev. Norman Bagby officiated and burial was in the Sharon Cemetery. Mims Mitchell Funeral Home of Magee was in charge of the arrangements.
Born in Smith County on July 48, 1885, Miss Maddox was a member of the Sharon Presbyterian Church. She died at the Simpson County Nursing Home on December 20 following a lengthy illness.
She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends and relatives.
