Born at Prague in what was then Bohemia, Antonia came to America when she was 19 years old. She married Charles Dygert on 10 Jun 1887. They were pioneer settlers of Maple Lake, Minnesota.

Predeceased by her husband and a son, Daniel, at the time of her death Antonia was survived by eight children: Mrs. C. G. Kersten, Mrs. E. P. Roll, Mrs. Roy Kalstrom, Mrs. Kenneth Juel, and William Dygert, all of Minneapolis; Mrs. Jeanette (George) Clarkson [later, Mrs. J. A. Pessagno, Jr.] of Washington, D.C.; Henry Dygert of Buffalo, and Mrs. David McLeim of Maple Lake.

Her obituary appeared on page 5 of the 15 Nov 1949 issue of the St. Cloud, Minnesota “Times” newspaper.
