BOXLER - Mary Virginia, 81, of Johnstown, died June 11, 2002. Born April 14, 1921, in Summerhill, daughter of Edward and Bernadine Bodenschatz. Preceded in death by parents.

Survived by husband, Regis J.; children: David, married to Patricia, Fulton, Md.; Gary, married to Mary Beth, Durham, N. C.; Mary Teresa, at home; brothers, the Rev. Ronald Bodenschatz, T.O.R., Mount Assisi, Loretto, Pa.; and Edward Bodenschatz Jr., Summerhill, Pa.; sisters, Margaret Louise Schrift, Loretto, Pa.; Florence, married to Richard Cowan, Johnstown; and grandsons, Eric, Ryan, Brian, and Brandon.

Member of Saint Clement Catholic Church, where funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, Father William E. Rosenbaum and assisted by the Rev. Ronald Bodenschatz, T.O.R. At the request of the deceased there will be no public viewing, friends are encouraged to attend her farewell Mass. Arrangements by the Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Committal, Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mary Teresa Boxler for the benefit of the handicapped as provided by United Celebral Palsy Association.
