Mr. Steven David Vescovi, age 21, of 1003 Avenue A in Rome, Georgia died Thursday, April 30, 1981, at Floyd Medical Center following a shooting at his residence.
Steve was born in Beaufort, South Carolina on October 30, 1969, the son of Joseph John Vescovi and Doris Burnes Vescovi. He was a member of the Fifth Avenue Baptist Church and a 1978 graduate of West Rome High School. He was an employee at Trend Mills at the time of his death.
Funeral services were held at Daniel's Funeral Home(706/232-3646) in Rome. Burial followed in the East View Cemetery.
