World War II veteran who served in the headquarters company of the 1st Battalion, 298th Infantry Regiment. His draft registration signed October 6, 1940 listed his birthplace as Puunene and current residence as Hana, both on the island of Maui. His induction date was December 8, 1940 according to his military enlistment record and the order for his military marker. He was honorably discharged on October 30, 1945. His obituary noted that his burial was with full military honors, and that he had lived in Honolulu and worked on a sugar plantation at the time of his passing.

His survivors included his father and brother, linked here. Other surviving relatives included a married sister, a stepfather, a stepbrother and a stepsister. Research continues to locate their memorials.
