Frank H. Elliott, 77, of 130 E. Main St., Annville, died Monday, Jan. 25, 1993, in Lebanon's Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Phyllis Kegerreis Elliott, with whom he celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary in April. Born in South Annville Township to the late Adam and Katie Brenner Elliott, he retired as a maintenance worker for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He also worked as a custodian for St. Mark Lutheran Church, Annville, for 28 years. He was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Annville, the Annville Senior Citizens, and the Pennsylvania Association of Retired State Employees. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sons Richard C. Elliott, Lebanon, and Melvin G. Elliott, Annville; daughters Winifred, wife of Ritchy A. Estraight, Pottstown, Doris May, Palmyra, Janet, wife of Charles Soulliard, Lebanon, Mary Stone, Pottstown, and Dianne, wife of John Swartswelder Jr., Lebanon; sisters Erma Sechrist, Lebanon, and Cora Reedy, Lebanon; 18 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
