Edward M. Elliott, husband of Janet Louise McQuate Elliott, 117 Race St., Lebanon, died Thursday night in the Good Samaritan Hospital. He was 73. Born in Lebanon County, Elliott was a son of the late Adam and Katie Brenner Elliott. He was retired from the Bethleham Steel Mines and was a member of Cornwall United Methodist Church, Rexmont Fire Co., Friendship Fire Co., and the Lebanon Eagles. In addition to his wife, he is survived by children Edward Elliott, Lebanon; Christine, wife of Kenneth Watson, Newmanstown; Margaret, wife of Lester Lutz, Hershey; Walter Elliott, Lebanon; Nancy, Patrick, and Jenny, at home; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother Frank Elliott, Annville; sisters Cora Reedy and Erma Sechrist, both of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews.
