Funeral will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Ada. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Herman; two daughters, Rhonda Hefley of Galey, Okla., and Carol Vanderver of Ada; three sons, James of Fort Smith, Harold of Mansfield, and Ronnie of Broken Arrow; her mother, Mrs. E.B. Phillips of Ada; a sister, Edna Cyphers of Ardmore; a brother, A.J. Phillips of Ada; 22 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
