VERNON, Ala.~~~~~~Eugene Adams, 76, died June 10, 2011 at his residence.
Services are Saturday at 2 p.m. with Danny Avery officiating. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Chandler Funeral Home. Burial will be at Furnace Hill Cemetery in Vernon.
Mr. Adams was born Nov. 13, 1934, to the late Jesse and Edna Adams. He was a John Deere combine repairman.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Adams; daughter, Debbie Adams; son, Dennis Adams; and brothers J.L. Adams, Troy Adams, LeRoy Adams, John Adams and Bobby Adams.
He is survived by a son, Ron Adams of East Moline, Ill.; daughters, Teresa Adams of Omaha, Neb., and Joyce Llaca of Moline, Ill.; sisters, Juanita Rogers and Angie Hutchison of Sulligent, Ala.; and four grandchildren.
