He was employed by TRW Electronics of California, and was a former technician with Pulver's Hillsdale. He also was co-founder of Rent-A-System in Hillsdale County.
He was born in Jackson County Aug. 27, 1933, the son of Carl and Alice Reiniche Andrews. He graduated from Pittsford High School, and had lived in North Adams for a period of time. He was a veteran
He married Rose Marie Grinaldi, and she died in 1975. Survivors include his second wife, Carol; his mother, Mrs. Carl Andrews of Pittsford; one son, Joseph, of Los Angeles, Calif.; six daughters, Maria Andrews of Osseo, Anita, Helen, Christine, and Rita Andrews, all of Los Angeles, and Teresa of Oregon; six sisters, four brothers, and two grandchildren.
