Susanna C. (Adams) Wallace is buried in a family cemetery off Newbolt Road, Owensboro, Kentucky. The exact location of the cemetery is unknown, but is believed near the intersection of Newbolt Road and the William H. Natcher Pkwy.

Directions: Walk along the fence (south) that borders the toll road to the top of the hill behind the white house. All stones are down and only 1 remains. Jan 27 1974.

During September 2017, the cemetery was visited. It's in the woods and no stones are still standing and no graves were recognizable.

"John, Larry knew the farmer who owns the land around the Newbolt graves. He took him to the spot and it is in the woods (lots of vegetation) and there are a few remnants of broken stones here and there but none standing and absolutely no letters/numbers are visible. The farmer said he thought there were a dozen or so graves there. Larry tried to take a picture for you but his battery was dead. Sorry." (D Sue Castleberry Stulberg)

I located a transcript of the cemetery done on February 2, 1964, by M.J. Edgeworth, copy attached.

Susan and Samuel Wallace had five children; James Arthur, Mary Margaret, William Eli, John Adams, and Elizabeth.
