Burns and father of Mrs. Ethel Beall, Mrs. Gladys Neill, Clinton, Alfred, Maurice, Paul, Robert, Carl, Floyd and James Burns; 19 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. Mr. Burns rests at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home, Laytonsville, Md., where funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 21, at 2:30 p.m. Interment Wesley Grove Cemetery.
