Mrs. Kitty Young,73, died at her home in Adair, Ill., Thursday , August 10,1939, her death following a protracted illness. Surviving Mrs. Young are seven children, three sons by a former marriage. They are Elmer and Will Yankey of this city and Leslie Yankey, Vermont, Ill., and three sons and a daughter by her last marriage: Walter and Joe Young and Mrs. Roscoe Thomilson, Adair, Ill., and Alvin Young, Hot Springs, Ark. Two brothers also survive, Boss Key of this county and Claude Key, Perryville. Funeral services were held at Pennington Point Methodist Church Sunday afternoon, interment following in the church cemetery nearby. Elmer and Will Yankey of this city attended the funeral and burial service.
