She born July 15, 1906, in Syracuse, a daughter of Fred Clyde Walker and Eva Alzina Call. She had lived in Burley, Idaho, and graduated from Burley High School.
She married Sidney Albert Lewis Sly Sr. Oct. 1, 1926 in Salt Lake City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
She moved to Clearfield in 1934. She had been a bookkeeper for 35 years at the Woods Cross Canning Factory.
She was a member of the Clearfield 1st LDS Ward and was an active temple worker.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary FOE No. 2472.
Surviving are her husband of Clearfield; one son, Sidney Lewis Sly Jr; two granddaughters and three great-granddaughters.
Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Clearfield Mortuary, 1050 S. State, with Bishop John B. Ross of the Clearfield 1st Ward officiating. Friends may call at the mortuary Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Tuesday one hour prior to services.
Interment Lindquist's Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch.
