Arnold Tucker, age 79, was born May 27, 1932 to the late Sam and Sennie Morrow Tucker . He passed away Saturday evening, June 4th at his home in Zollicoffer Estates.

On September 21, 1950 he united in marriage with Glendola Alton Tucker who survives. To this 61 year union three children survive: Margie Irwin, James and his wife Debbie Tucker and Boyce Tucker.

Also surviving are his sisters, Bonnie Phillips and Edna Martin, his brother, Donald precedes him in death. Surviving are four grandchildren: Tonya and her husband Matt Brown, Jamie and her husband Jake Allen, Bradley and wife Whitney Tucker and Joshua Tucker: four great grandchildren; Bryce Allen Abigail Brown, Kate Allen and Alex Brown.

Arnold accepted Christ as his Savior in 1965 and became a lifelong member of the Cedar Hill Baptist Church where he remained faithful and served as Deacon for 42 years.

He was a school bus driver for Wayne County Schools for 28 years. He hauled many children back and forth to school and became attached to them.

He loved his family, grandchildren and great grandchildren very much. But most he loved his Savior Jesus Christ. He looked forward to the day he would leave this world and walk in Heaven and met his Savior
