According to his Missouri Death Certificate he passed away at his home from complications of a number of maladies; chronic nephritis, uremia and asthma.
Dr. Charles Isbell, MD was the attending physician and the funeral arrangements were in charge of Knell Mortuary of Carthage. Burial in Park Cemetery.
His wife survived him.
