Dora Knapp was 88 when she passed from this life. She had a good life while here on earth. She had two wonderful parents, Oliver and Ethel Knapp. Although she never married she had many caring friends during her lifetime.
She worked for 25 years at the Hurd Lock Manufacturing Co. She was a life member of the Rebekah Lodge and Jasper Rebekah Lodge. Shew was a member of the Adrian Business & Professional Women and a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Adrian since 1922. Dora enjoyed growing house plants, gardening and yard sales when she had her house on Clinton Street. Later she lived at the Heritage House in Hudson and finally in Lynwood Manor before her death.
