LINCOLN COUNTY, KENTUCKY MARRIAGE
Know all men by these presents that we William Tinsley & John Eubanks are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the penal sum of 50 pounds for the payment of which will bind our selves our heirs &c given under our hand and seal this 23 day of November 1814 The condition of the bond is such that where as this license about to be issued for a marriage intended between the above bound William Tinsley & Jane Eubanks Now should there be no legal cause to obstruct said marriage this the bond to be void else to remain in full force.

Mrs. Jane Eubanks Tinsley married Obediah Leonard 25 July 1833 in Lincoln County, Kentucky.
She had three sons by this marriage;
Samuel Leonard, James Leonard and Henry H. Leonard.

DEATH'S DOINGS
Mrs. Jane Leonard, belonging to an old and respected family died in the vicinity of Mt. Salem on the 13th, at the age of 93 years. Mrs. Leonard's maiden name was Eubank's and among her brothers and sisters were Messrs. James and George Eubanks, Mrs. Sallie Singleton and Mrs. Polly Floyd, all of whom lived to an advanced age, except Mrs. Floyd. Mr. Geo. Eubanks still survives. Mrs. Leonard was married twice, her first husband being a Tinsley, by whom she had five children, three sons and two daughters, all of whom preceded her to the grave except one son, Bennett S. Tinsley, who now shows advancing years. Three sons were the fruits of her last marriage, all of whom are now living. Her last illness was protracted and her sufferings were extreme.
