PAUL W. REIDENBACH, 89, of rural Decatur, died on Thursday, June 2, 2011, at River Terrace Estates, Bluffton. Born Dec. 2, 1921, in Decatur, he was the son of the late Wilbur and Adeline (Bischoff) Reiden bach. He married Bonnie M. Scott on Dec. 28, 1965. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Decatur. He was one of the founders of Peace Lutheran Church, Berne where he served as President and Vice President and was a 41 year Charter member. He started his first business Daisy Mae Produce at the age of 16. Then became president and owner of Reidenbach Equipment and was also a farmer. Survivors include his wife of 45 1/2 years, Bonnie M. Reidenbach of Decatur; four sons, Robert P. (Jane) Reidenbach of Decatur, Tim P. Reidenbach of Bluffton, Daniel P. (Roni) Reidenbach of Monroeville, and Heath H. (Tami) Reidenbach of Decatur; a stepson, Steven R. (Bev) Miller of Monroe; two daughters, Judy (Larry) Stoner of Phoenix, Ariz. and Paulanna S. Harvey of Monroe; 17 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by three brothers; and four sisters. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at Zion Lutheran Church, with calling one hour prior. Pastor Phillip Phifer officiating. Calling also from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 6, 2011, at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home. Burial in Decatur Cemetery.
