Gottlund. He was the husband of Jane (Esser) Gottlund.
He was treasurer of Kutztown Publishing Co. for 25 years, retiring in
1957. He also taught math and physics for two years at Penn State University's
Behrend Center, Erie. He was a graduate of the University of California at
Berkeley. He received his teaching credentials from the University of Southern
California. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Kutztown.
He was an Army veteran of World War II, and had been a lieutenant colonel in
the war department.
