His father, Hubert Billier, preceded him in death.
Robert is survived by his beloved daughter, Rebecca Billier; mother, Jeannette Billier; sisters, Elizabeth Hunt and husband, David, and Valerie Greene and fiance, Johm Murphy; niece, Tammy Polk; and nephew, Steven LaBarbera.
A memorial celebration of Robert's life will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, August 5, 2002, in the Chapel of South Park Funeral Home in Pearland.
