Ada Parrott Wall, age 92, of Americus, GA, died at her residence early Wednesday morning, July 10, 2002. Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 12, at Oakland Cemetery in Birmingham, AL.
The family will receive friends at Angwin Mortuary, 3500 Avenue I, in Birmingham, AL from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
Mrs. Wall and her husband owned and managed D&W Hardware Company from 1946 until the 1980's. She was born May 4, 1910, daughter of Thomas Luther Parrott and Clara Davis Parrott and was the wife of the late Edward Leon Wall.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Hancock Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Angwin Mortuary's Birmingham Chapel directing.
