Mrs. Lorena D. Rhodes, 74 of 649 McClendon, died at 7:05 a.m., yesterday in a local hospital after a sudden illness.

She was a retired school teacher.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Brenda Landry of Corpus Christi; one sister, Mrs. Ada Wall; two brothers, Luther and David Parrot all of Birmingham, AL.
