Graveside services for Florence Bowman, 64, of Parma, who died Saturday, Aug. 9, at home of natural causes, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Canyon Hill Cemetery, Caldwell.
Plais Johnson of Parma will officiate, under the direction of the Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
Mrs. Bowman was born June 27, 1922, to James W. and Eloise McCaw Finley at Huston, where she was reared. She attended school at the old Lakeview School at Lake Lowell.
After her father died in 1936, the family moved to Nampa.
She married Guy W. Bright April 13, 1938, at Nampa. They had three children.
She married James F. Bowman Sept. 17, 1973, at Cascade. She lived at Donnelly, Moscow and Boville before returning in 1980 to Parma, where she lived at the time of her death.
She is survived by her husband of Parma; two sons, Guy L. Bright of Moscow and Richard L. Bright of Viola, Idaho; a daughter, Bonnie J. Brewer of Lewiston; a daughter-in-law, Beverly Bright of Viola; a son-in-law, Bill Brewer of Lewiston; a sister, Louise Pugh of Boise; a brother, Homer Finley of Nampa; seven stepchildren; 11 grandchildren; two step grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother and a half-brother.
