Mr. Nicholas Gasper and Miss Susie Kohlbrooks were united in marriage Tuesday morning at the German Catholic church, Rev. Schnickle officiating. In the evening a reception to their many friends was held at the home of the bride's parents, on Pigeon Hill, and was attended by a large throng of their friends. Mr. Gasper is employed as a switchman in the C.B. & Q. yards and was the recipient of beautiful set of silverware from the switchmen. After those present had surveyed the many gifts which the young couple were the recipients of, they sat down to a fine supper, to which they did justice.
Mr. Jacob Altringer and Miss Lizzie Gasper were united in marriage by Father Schnickle at the German Catholic church on High street, yesterday.
