He was employed at Burgess Norton as a punch press operator until his retirement in 1977. He was a member of the Luxemburger Club and East Side Social Club.
Survivors include one son, Wayne (Patricia) Norr of Montgomery; one grandson, Jeffrey Norr of Huntington Beach, CA and one sister, Mary Cate.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha (Komes) Norr; his parents, Louis and Verna (Breeding) Norr and one sister, Eva Lundgren.
Private funeral services will be held.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 1997 at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway, Aurora. 897-1196.
