Laura's father William Harding Nolan was married twice. His first wife Laura White Nolen died of pneumonia in Tennessee. He then married Sarah Jane Hollars Aug 19, 1889 in Overton County, Tennessee. Sarah Jane Hollars is Laura's Mother. They are listed in the 1910 US Federal Census in Civil District 4. Clay County, Tennessee. Laura married James Huston Edens on May 19, 1914 in Clay County, Tennessee. Laura & husband Jim & family moved to the Guthrie/Coyle, Oklahoma area sometime between 1914 & 1920. In the 1920 US Federal Census, Laura & Jim & children are listed living in Logan County, Oklahoma. I have a hand written letter from Laura stating that her parents William & Sarah Jane Nolen followed Laura to Oklahoma to be near her in their old age. In the 1930 & 1940 US Federal Census, Laura & Jim & children are living in Logan, County Oklahoma.
