Dave Bartoszek, 64, peacefully passed away Saturday, May 14, 2011, surrounded by his loving family.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday at Moore Funeral Home-Bowen Chapel. Interment: 12:30 p.m. in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Dave was born April 17, 1947, in Cleveland, OH. He proudly served in the Air Force between 1966-1972 and was stationed in Japan and Alaska. Dave married Jo Nell Bradford, whom he met in Wichita Falls while he was stationed there. In 1970 they moved to Ohio for 7 years. They then moved to Texas where he worked for over 30 years in the optical business and eventually owned several optical stores. He retired a few years ago. His many hobbies included fitness, collecting guns and playing with his grandchildren. Dave was preceded in death by his parents Ben and Florence.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years Jo Nell, sons Matt and Ryan, brother Tom and sister Marilyn. His 5 adoring grandchildren Jake, Trent, Will, Emma and Kamryn all lovingly referred to him as Pa. He will be greatly missed.
