Married 25 December 1771 in Bridgewater, Plymouth County MA to Jane Holman; Private from MA in Revolutionary war; family records are found in both Bridgewater and East Bridgewater MA, probably living in the same location in Bridgewater that was to become East Bridgewater in 1823; removed to Minot ME before 1820, along with son Ephraim and daughter Asenath; Minot's location in Cumberland Co. became Androscoggin Co in 1854; died æ 80.
