Richard Minton Taylor, 40, of Sulphur died Dec. 22, 1999. Funeral services were Dec. 27 at Calvary Baptist Church, with the Revs. James Swain and Eddie Malphrus officiating. Cowley-Krien Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Taylor was born May 13, 1959, in Wynnewood to Lionel and Una (Baughman) Taylor. He lived in Sulphur all his life. Taylor was a welder and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. He married Stacie Sliger on Feb. 10, 1980, in Sulphur.
Survivors include his ex-wife, his parents, a son, Richard Derik Taylor, and a daughter, Trisha Dawn Taylor, all of Sulphur, and a sister, Susan Fulton of Davis.
