Mother Passes Away at Brainerd

Miss Grace Castle, bookkeeper at the Mason Brothers Wholesale Co., is at her home in Crosby this week having been called home by the illness of her mother, Mrs. John Castle, who passed away at the St. Joseph hospital at Brainerd on Saturday, June 12. Miss Castle with other members of the family were at her mother's bedside during her last hours. Funeral services were held from the Catholic church in Crosby at nine o'clock Tuesday morning and burial made at the cemetery near Aldrich, Minnesota, her girlhood home. Mrs. Castle is survived by her husband, her son, Daniel, an adopted daughter, Kathryn, and her daughter Grace, to whom the sympathy of her many friends here is extended.

Aldrich News - The remains of Mrs. John Castle of Ironton was brought here for burial Tuesday afternoon. Services were conducted in Ironton Tuesday morning, and interment being made in the local Catholic cemetery. Mrs. Hattie Cameron Castle was a former resident of this community and was well known to many of our older residents.
