Alexander Madison

Ordinary - A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the First United Baptist Church, White Marsh, for Alexander Madison Sr., 68, who died Wednesday in the Veterans Administration Center, Hampton.

The Rev. N. T. Jones will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the First United Cemetery, Ordinary.

He was a veteran of World War I, a retired employee of the U.S. Naval Weapons Station and a member of the American Legion and Independent Order of Odd Fellows.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pauline Madison of Ordinary; two daughters, Miss Lucille Madison of Ordinary and Miss Leola Madison of Bloomington, Ind.; a son, Alexander Madison Jr. of White Marsh; four sisters, Mrs. Leona Carter of Cambridge, Mass., Mrs. Maggie Tabb, Mrs. Georgia Johnson and Mrs. Mabel Adams a Brooklyn, N.Y.; three brothers, Monroe Madison of Baltimore and Charles Madison and Samuel Madison of Brooklyn, and one grandson.
