Betty Ann Rogers, 66, a resident of Port Angeles and former 51 year resident of Olympia, died of pneumonia Wednesday, Nov. 5, 1997, in Port Angeles.

She was born June 28, 1931 to Jack and Sylvia (Wapola) Blomberg in Berlin, N.D.

She married John M. Rogers on June 11, 1949, in Olympia.

Mrs. Rogers is survived by her husband, John, Port Angeles; two daughters, Betty A. Wheeler and Susan R. Johns, Port Angeles; two brothers, Ernie Blomberg, Port Orchard, and Allen Blomberg, Pensacola, Fla.; four sisters, Hazel Wuolu, Oakes, N.D., Elsie Humphreys, Richmond, Cali., Helen Miller, Roseville, Minn., and Luella Johnson, Shelton; four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

A private graveside service will be Friday, Nov. 7, at Olympic Memorial Gardens, Tumwater.
