UPPER SANDUSKY - Mrs. Frances (Montee) Fowler, 93 RR1 Harpster, died Sunday morning at the Fairhaven Home in Upper Sandusky. She had been seriously ill six months.
Mrs. Fowler was a native of Little Sandusky, and was a former, member of the Little Sandusky Methodist Church and a member of the Women's Society of Christian Services.
She is survived by her son, Hiram of Grand Rapids; a brother, Robert Montee of Harpster; 2 sisters, Mrs. Mary Battle of Bucyrus and Mrs. Iva Ovors of Ashland; 7 grand-children; 23 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Her husband, Ralph Fowler whom she married in 1903 died in 1955.
Funeral services for Mrs. Fowler will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Lucas Funeral Home here, with the Rev. Lanne Beauway presiding. Burial will follow at the Little Sandusky Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
