Funeral services for Mrs. Jane Jones of Milan, whose death occurred January 31, were conducted at Antioch Church Wednesday afternoon, February 1st, by Rev. O. A. Grant. Hymns were sung by D. D. Cadwell, Forest Minix and Miss McMillan, with Mrs, G. C. Jones accompanist. Levi, Emory, H. S. and G. C. Jones and Ivy and Roscoe Peacock served as pallbearers. Interment was in the church cemetery. Mrs. Jones was 77 years old and had been a resident of Milan 40 years. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tom Alligood of Laurens County.
