GSCHWENDER, ALBERT "AL" age 81, a resident of Fairfield,Ohio and Lakeland Florida, passed away on 5 January 2006. Al was born in Sylvania Ohio on 23~October~1924,the son of Charles and Anna[Horn] Gschwender. He retired on 1~February~1~1982 after 32 years of service with Fisher Body. Al was a member of UAW 233. Survivors include his wife of nearly 58 years, Marilyn Gschwender, two sons, James[Patty] and Jeffrey[Marie]Gschwender and one daughter Jenny[Jeff] Stinger all of Hamilton Ohio four grandchildren, Brian of Va, Tonya, Nicole of Hamilton Ohio and Paul of Fla. Also survivoring are four greatgranchildren, Brandon, Alexis, Kyle and Kaylee of Hamilton, Ohio; three brothers, Victor[Doris] Gschwender, Joseph[Louise] Gschwender, and Richard Gschwender, two sisters Martha[Gordon] Kegley and Anna Zimmerman; two sisters~in~law Freda Gschwender and Virginia Bekemeier and other family members. He was preceded in death by three brothers an infant brother Alfred born 2~March~1933 and died 3~March~1933, Charles "Bob" and William Gschwender, two brothers~in~law Al Bekemeier, and John Zimmerman. Prayer Services will be at 10:15 A.M. on Friday, 13~January 13~2006, at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 South 3rd Street, Hamilton Ohio followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00a.m.on Friday at St. Julie Billiart Church. Burial is in St Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
