Bailey (also known as Son Bailey) on Nov. 21, 1926, in Harrison. They faithfully attended and actively supported the Alpena Assembly of God Church for many years. Avia's husband of almost 50 years predeceased her in 1976.
Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her first daughter, Maxine Dickens, and an infant son
She is survived by four children, one brother, one sister. 7 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
