He was the son of Neill Archie Sinclair, Sr. and Blanche Huggins Sinclair, and was the husband of Georgia Rebecca "Becky" Wallace Sinclair.
He, at one time, owned a trucking company, and for many years worked for the Maxton Meat Company. In his younger days he raced cars on the local dirt tracks with his father and his brother, Zack.
He is survived by two daughters, a son, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Lillie Anne Sinclair, and a brother, Zachary Thomas Sinclair.
