MARY C. BENNETT, 87, of 475 Mount Hope Road, Fairfield, died Friday, Dec. 20, at Michael Manor. Born June 13, 1909 in Fairfield, she was the daughter of the late Cleveland and Bessie Richardson Seiferd. She was predeceased by her husband, John M. Bennett in 1989.

Mrs. Bennett was a member of the Iron Springs Brethren in Christ Church.

She is survived by her daughter, May K. Dick of Fairfield; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth Powell of Fairfield and Doris Warrenfeltz of York and one brother, George Seiferd of Fairfield.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 23, 11 a.m. at the Monahan Funeral Home, 27 E. Main St., Fairfield, with the Rev. Maurice A. Bender officiating. Interment was in the Fairfield Union Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Graveside services for MARY C. BENNETT, 87, of 475 Mount Hope Road, Fairfield, who died Friday, Dec. 20, at Michael Manor, were held Monday, Dec. 23, at Monahan Funeral Home, Fairfield, with the Rev. Maurice A. Bender officiating. Interment was in Fairfield Union Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Lloyd Stultz, Larry Dick, Dale McLaughlin, Steve Jacobs and Joe Junker.
