He was born Sept. 30, 1917, in Nursery, to the late John D. and Sally Gathright He was an architect Survivors: wife, Lucille Gathright; daughter, Judy Galaznik; sons, Tom Gathright and David Gathright; sister, Sylvia Gathright; brother, Willis Gathright; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by: parents; and sister, Alice., Visitation will be 6-8:30 p.m. tonight at Advantage Funeral Home chapel in Houston. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with Dr. Barry Landrum officiating. A private burial will be at South-park Cemetery.
