Josie Anderson Ashman, age 82, passed away February 24, 1995.
She was born July 25, 1913 in Sevier Station, Utah to Alma Oscar Anderson and Agnes Nordfors. She married Dale Ashman January 4, 1935.
He passed away August 20, 1980. She enjoyed oil painting and fishing with her husband and working in Pioneer Market, a family grocery. Member of the LDS Church, she taught Primary 28 years and Relief Society.
Preceded in death by her husband; two brothers, three sisters and one daughter, Joleen Robison.
Survivors include son and three daughters, Joe Ashman; Karen Matthews, Barbara Carling, and Kathy Stringham; 20 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 28, 1995, at 1 p.m., Fillmore 1st Ward Chapel. Viewing Monday from 7 - 8 p.m. in the Olpin Mortuary and 11:30 Tuesday at the church.
